What is my order number?Updated a year ago

Orders placed after July 1st 2022 have an order number beginning with #2 and are followed by 6 more digits. You can find this in the confirmation email you received after placing your order and any shipment emails.

If you received a Solgaard product as a gift and do not have your order number, we will need to collect additional information on the purchaser and what you received. 

When reaching out to [email protected] please include: the purchaser's name, email address, and your shipping address. If we are unable to track down the original order number, we will not be able to assist you further.
