Although it is never ideal to experience a break, by performing the repair at home and fixing the luggage you have, you are taking a step with us towards sustainability.

So - let's get that buckle fixed!

Below is an instructional video that outlines the basics of the procedure.

Written Instruction:

To begin, all you'll need is a screwdriver.

First unscrew the foundation of the buckle from the interior of the luggage.

Then remove the broken buckle.

If you received a new buckle, place the screw through the hole on the strap and then screw the foundation back into the interior.

If you are re-fastening your buckle, create a new hole in the strap of the buckle, then screw the foundation back into the interior.
