Yes.

Our 22" Carry on Closet Plus includes the height added from the wheels. We try to coordinate with the way in which airlines measure carry ons. Most include the wheels when measuring carry-on qualifying luggage.

Our 20" Carry On Closet (Euro) also includes the height of the wheels. This coordinates with most International carry-on guidelines.

The 27" Check In Closet includes the wheels in the height as well. There is less consequence to any additional height added to the Check In, but we like to be consistent when listing our dimensions.
