Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?Updated a year ago
Our warehouse works really hard to get orders out as soon as possibe. Most of the time we are not able to intercept orders after they are placed.
If the delivery address needs adjustment, the customer is liable for the re-route fee.
There is no guarantee we are able to adjust orders once en route.
If you have a time frame that you need your order by, we suggest placing an order in the preferred color and size and then returning the original order when it arrives.
