My Juicepack isn’t charging my phone. What can I do to troubleshoot?Updated 3 years ago

Congratulations on the receipt of your Juicepack! I'm sorry you experiencing charging issues.

First things first - please review the manual below. 

To turn on the Juicepack tap hexagon button.

To activate wireless charging on the Juicepack, double tap the hexagon button (this will turn on and off). 

There should be a manual in the bottom of the box but the attached video is a run through of the Homebase, Boombox, and Juicepack products. At around 3 minutes the juicepack features begin being discussed.  

Please note it is possible you will need to full charge the juicepack before it is ready to wirelessly charge other items.
