My Boombox isn’t charging my phone. What can I do to troubleshoot?Updated 3 years ago

First - review the manual attached below.

To turn on the boombox, tap the hexagon button.

To activate wireless charging on the boombox, double tap the hexagon button (this will turn on and off). 

There should be a manual in the bottom of the box, but the attached video is a run through of the Homebase, Boombox, and Juicepack products. At around 2 minutes the boombox features begin being discussed.  

Please note it is possible you will need to full charge the boombox before it is ready to wirelessly charge other items.
